So - two weeks from today, Next Big Nashville will be in full swing, and we'll all be recovering from the second night of festivities and the first night of showcases. With over 130 local and regional artists playing the festival, there's a HUGE list of performers to digest - some of which are familiar names around town, some of which I'll admit I've never seen, heard, or maybe even heard of.
That means it's about time we start looking at some of this year's performers... and by "looking at" I most definitely mean "listening to."
I'm going to kick off my preview of NBN with a series of mp3 posts - each will contain ten songs from ten of the artists performing at Next Big Nashville. I'll post a few of these over the next two weeks, in addition to more in-depth artist previews and small interviews, so by the time September 5 rolls around you'll know exactly who you want to see, not to mention where and when they're playing.
Wait, haven't bought your wristbands for the festival yet? Didn't you know that only $30 will get you into the whole thing? Well go pick them up here. You can also check out the full schedule over here.
