Las Paletas Mix
So Michael over at Yewknee asked me to participate in his Summer Mix Series, and this is what I came up with. I have to apologize for my laughable graphic design abilities.
I made a rule for my trips to Las Paletas - I have to try a new flavor each time I visit the sign-less little popsicle joint on 12 South. Plum, Grapefruit, Nectarine, Chocolate Raspberry, even Hyacinth - I've tried a ton, although I'm still working up the courage to taste something a bit more challenging. In the spirit of popsicle experimentation, I created my Las Paletas Mix, which could also be called the "Try Something New Mix." I discovered all fifteen tracks at some point in my musical wanderings, and they've come to be some of my favorites because I was brave enough to give them that first listen. I hope you find something you like here. At least it's less frightening than a corn popsicle.
