I'm 27, I live in Nashville, I'm a "community DJ" on WRVU, and I've been writing a music blog since March 2005.

I love black olives, penguins, campfires, Lost, Boston kreme donuts, sleeping with the windows open, and absurdly pretty sunsets. I also love the local Nashville music scene, which is why it was such an honor to be named the "Best Local Rock Cheerleader" in 2007's "Best of Nashville" Nashville Scene.

I really really love reading too, and for the past three years I've been making new year's resolutions that involve reading tons of books. In 2009 I've resolved to read 39. I kinda keep track of them on my book blog The Bookshelf, though I've been a little busy lately.

I also have an online collection of miscellaneous crap that doesn't fit on either blog, which gets sporadically updated as well.
